How to Make Sushi Rolls

Preparation for making sushi rolls is rather simple. All you need is to get hold of dried seaweed, bamboo mat that is made to roll up and shape the sushi, Japanese rice and ingredients for the type of sushi you would like to make. Soy and wasabi, too. 

California maki sushi is the usual ones people experiment on. As you create your sushi, make sure you use a plastic wrap with the bamboo mat. Carefully spread the rice on top of the seaweed. You do not like to tear the seaweed. Put the filling (crab meat, mango or avocado) over the rice. Roll the bamboo away from you while making sure ingredients and everything inside is intact. Cut into pieces, as you prefer.
