Health Tip: Health Benefits of Chocolates

As a self confessed chocoholic, I admit to being content even if I were to each chocolates all day, every day. As much as that would have been a dream come true, I could not indulge to that level. If you are a chocoholic like me, it might please for you to know that chocolates actually have more antioxidants than coffee.

Because of the antioxidants that flavonoids have, it also protects the body from free radicals. It can even eventually lower your risk of heart diseases as it regulates blood pressure. Here’s a trivia that might interest you. Chocolates are even eight times healthier than strawberries. So go grab your favorite boxed chocolate like I just did. ;-)
