Owning a House Over Renting

Home sweet home. This is what we feel whenever we are in our own abode. Seven years ago we wouldn’t have imagined that we were to be blessed by a place of our own. It was during the last of the five times we transferred homes that we prayed and claimed that the next transfer we’ll do will be to our own home. God’s grace allowed this dream to come to pass and now here we are. Truth to tell, often times it is really better to pay for your own place than continue paying rent month in and month out, for something that will never be yours. Fact is, what we currently pay for our month mortgage is only approximately $12 higher than the last apartment that we rented. Incidentally, if you would like to settle in Louisiana, Tulsa, Oklahoma or Shreveport you have to check with tulsa real estate via Remax-Louisiana.com for your ultimate source of great deals on foreclosed properties, even luxury ones.

Most economists would agree that as true as the market is down, it is the best time to invest and this stands true to current financial crisis that has gone worldwide. Real estate has always been a great investment.
