Brown Rice is Healthier

I honestly believe that because I have been giving no less than brown rice to my son from infancy, he is healthier than the average kid. I don't give him synthetic vitamins and supplements that are usually available in the market. All natural for this little guy.
When he was still an infant, I would finely grind the rice before I have it cooked. Being able to invest in a reliable grinder is neat. More than three years after and it still serves this household when I cook and bake.
Some say brown rice tastes different. It does because it's way tastier than the regular rice. But the thing is you have to know how to cook it right for you to be able to get that perfect texture. I will post the procedure later. :-)
