Swine Flu Alert Tip

Who could miss today’s headline news? The Department of Health is on the lookout for those who are coming from the United States with connecting flights from Mexico, people coming from that country are probable carriers.  As of late, there has been 103 reported swine flu death toll in Mexico.

By far, there is not one incidence of swine flu in the Philippines yet. This is why authorities are on alert and are on extreme precaution, especially in our local airports.

People are currently discouraged from shaking hands and greeting each other with beso beso. The swine outbreak is currently ongoing in the United States and Mexico. Swine flu can be transmitted via direct contact with the subject who has the disease, whether a sick pig or an infected human.
