Leaks and Seepage

Make sure to always take leaves and debris out of basement window wells regularly.  If all this accumulate will cause ugly seepage or even flooding.  Lay gravel at the bottom of the wells to free the drainage.  

Professional installation by a plumber of and interior drainage system of pipesconnected to a sump pump, could be the answer to basement flooding problems.  It is always wise to prepare and lower the risk of future disasters.
