Bunion Relief Tips

Believe it or not, my mid high plush Havaianas have caused my former blister free feet with a couple bunions. I cannot understand why on earth would such an expensive pair cause my feet such ugliness. I had to figure out a way to get rid of bunions or atleast manage them. 

What I found that helped is when I walk barefooted at home whenever I can. Bunion pads can also help, especially when they’re all sore.
