Tips for Properly Hydrated Kids this Summer

Make sure that they start and end the day by drinking water.  The 8 glass rule is a good standard.  Sometimes kids are all too busy playing during the day that they forget drinking water until they are dehydrated.  Encourage water breaks in between play times. 

Always pack water in their lunch bags and whenever you go out.  Drink  every after snacks and meals.
