Heart Health Tip

Eating has a handful of benefits to ones well being. The challenge usually is in starting to shift from a bad diet to a good one. Does it mean one has to drop eating meat and poutry altogether. Fact is a lot of people get really starved so easily, if meat is taken out of their daily diet. This is something that I have been struggling to influence my husband to. Since it is practically impossible for me to convert him to a vegetarian, the next best thing is choosing the better way to eat meat.

According the The American Heart Association, meat consumptions hould be no more than six ounces per day. Whether lean meat, poultry, fish or seafood. And if you should at all choose, fish is way healthier than meat. This is why Omega 3 health supplements recently abound in the market. People are actually more educated now when it comes to health. Studies have shown that regular consumption of oily fish containing imega-3 fatty acids can actually prolong one’s life.

Make sure to also read food labels and make it a habit. Taking note to choose those with more natural ingredients and leering away from artificial flavors and additives, if at all possible.

Health Tip: Moringa, Now Tapped as Super Vegetable

It is in the news today, Moringa or “Malunggay” in the vernacular was tapped by Malacanang to be a super vegetable. Thus, its potential to actually move the country against poverty and climate change. The vegetable farmers was asked by the government to help alleviate poverty and do a great deal in saving the environment because apparently Moringa can reduce the incidence of floods and lessen hunger and nutrition.

This tip is something really new to me. After having known of the goodness and benefits of Moringa from the time that I was struggling with breastfeeding some four years ago, I never knew it actually can be tagged as a super vegetable. I shouldn’t be at all surprised though.

The poor community can actually plant Moringa trees and never have to be malnourished at all. This vegetable is enough to nourish our bodies. I am going to have to research more on the benefits of this super vegetable.

A Tidy Accessory Place

Whether it's a closet a pull out drawer that you put your accessories in, it remains to be a challenge how to neatly put them in such a way that it will remain tidy for sometime before everything is in disarray again.

For one women's shoes, can be a real challenge.  You don't expect them to just disappear a tthe back of the closet ifyou store them in wire racks or shoe bags.    You actually might want to make your own simple stacking shelves just for your shoes.  Whatever you decide on, clear and see through storage is often a plus.

Smart Flexi Rate Calls

After having asked a few Smart subscribers, I found none that can answer my question on the cheap rate calls that they currently offer.  Smart has the Flexirate promotion that enables callers to call for as low as a peso per minute.  I have been a subscriber for a long time, but I don't make calls so much that I am not familiar with their ongoing promos.

Apparently, there are even rates for shorter calls.  Which means you only get charged for the actual calls that you make.  I am a practical person and I don't like having to spend for something than I have to.  Like if there is this promo for instance, why would I call the usual way, right? And it's easier on the pocket especially if you expect the call to be a rather lengthy one.

I was inquiring on Boracay accommodations, the provider, I suppose is in Boracay so I knew the conversation must be lengthy.  To register, type FLEXI and send it to 880. To call the other Smart subscriber, just dial *88 + 11 digit mobile number.  Easy! :-)

Maintaining the Entertainment Room

One of the more trickiest part of the room to clean is the entertainment room. One should make sure not to wipe the electrical outlets with damp sponge or cloth. Keeping in mind that damp sponging is only done on furnishings made of plastic and other furniture should be wiped with their corresponding cleaning aid.

Moving tv stand could also be a challenge. Make sure to support the legs with rugs to avoid scratches on the floor.

Thaw Frozen Pipes

Before you attempt to thaw pipes that were frozen from snow, make sure to shut off the main water valve. first.  Or else you might just be surprised with water gushing out the minute thawing is completed.

Taps should also be left turned on to reduce the pressure.  This lowers the risk of the pipes bursting.  Turn the taps off as soon as the pipes have thawed.

Porcelain Sink Care

How does one care for porcelain sinks? Is it anything different from the maintenance of farmhouse sinks? Porcelain sinks are easy to clean, but you just have to do it with much care that you do not use abrasive scrubs that might hurt the make.

Just fill the sink with lukewarm water, adding an ounce of chlorine bleach. Just leave it for an hour. For more stubborn stains, use paper towels that were soaked on bleach and leave the sink unused for ten straight hours, leaving the paper lined up where the stains are.

Keeping Drains Odor Free

To make your drains odor free, all you really have to do is run very hot tap water through it, every after use. Put half a cup of baking soda every week and follow it up with water. You will see all those bubbles and acid reaction and it does not just take care of odor but keep it free flowing as well. No more clog drains!

Second Hand vs. Brand New Mobiles

More and more people are buying second hand phones. It could be the global crisis, but then again, it could also be plain practicality. The thing with second hand phones, you have no guarantee to hold on to just in case the phone you bought has some problem here and there. This is why I have always bought brand new, unlocked phones. Truth is, you might think you are saving by buying the second hand mobile. But in the unfortunate event that it turns out that there will be a problem, you just might end up paying more.

This has worked for me. Atleast I always end up getting what I paid for. In instances that the mobile has to undergo service – then it is no extra cost for me. Except of course for the transportation cost going to the service center and all the hassle. But aside from that, there is nothing more to pay for – at least for one full year.

A Washer Dilemma

It has been a while since I would take a peek on some washers in appliances store. My five year old Whirlpool automatic washer seem to be heading towards retirement. I am thinking of getting a combo that will do washing and drying, then straight to folding. My current washer still needs some air and sun time to be fully dry.

But then again, we could actually still have our old one work like new if we have the pump replaced. For some reason, the pump that gets the water to the tub failed to work some months back. So the loading of water is manual. Although I could really use a no air/sun time washer, having the pump replaced could be a good decision for now.

For later, I would love to have one of those no water needed washer. It seemed unthinkable some years back. But technology is coming up with breakthroughs on a daily basis that we just might not be able to keep track anymore. This one's for the household that really intrigues me.

Learning a New Craft - Stamping

After the major holidays have breezed through, you might think all the preps are over. But we all know how fast time flies. They are here before we even notice. One of the things that you could actually put extra time in is making your own custom rubber stamp. This will be easier for those who are in the crafty side. Don’t you know that rubber stamping can actually make you an artist in an instant.

Gone will be the days that you have to painstakingly etch on those personalized greeting cards or what have yous. Stamping is one hobby that has gotten my interest, but just never had the chance to try my hands on. If you happen to have that extra time, then maybe you just might be really good at it. It easily takes out the hassle of cramming during the holidays. When holiday is near, all you have to do is stamp, stamp, stamp. Sweet!

Washing Walls

It is way cheaper to wash walls than have them repainted. Sometimes all you really need to have done is have your walls professionally washed. You are more likely to save 75% of what you have allotted for a professional wall painting.

For those regular wall washing that you do yourself, keep in mind to wear a washcloth around your wrists to catch all the drips from the wet cloth. A wristband might do the trick.

Lights and Fixtures

Lamps, sconce and light fixtures are easy to maintain. Dusting and wiping with a damp sponge usually does the job. Make sure to clean the metal parts with the right polish so as not to mess up with adverse metal reaction. Never attempt to submerge the lamp base in water or else you might end up damaging the wiring altogether.

How to Care for Resilient Floors

First of all when you choose your resilient floor, keep in mind that solid colored resilient floors are high maintenance compared to the patterned ones. In caring for resilient floors, all you need to do is spray the floor with your usual disinfectant and wipe dry with your cloth floor cleaner. Just make sure you have tested solvent based products to make sure it does not mess with the colors of the flooring

Protect Floors

A rough textured mats will help keep the dirt at bay. You are actually stopping them at the door. Make use of bunion pads on the feet of the tables and chairs to keep them from scratching the floor. It also helps to place a piece of plush carpet, with its pile side down, under heavy furniture legs when you move them.

Use area rugs to protect carpet and waxed floors. Heavy socks could also be place unto the legs of furnishings when you are mopping and waxing the floor.

Frame Pictures for Pop Art-Style Portraits

Turn those boring walls into more interesting ones by framing pictures for pop art-style portraits. It will not just add color to your walls but showcase your family in such a cool way. Small frames could go side by side on the walls.

The challenge will be the decision on the kind of look you would like to have. Experiment and it would be nice to test the layout on the computer first before finalizing the setup.

Annual Checklist

Creating an annual checklist can be very handy. These are the premiums that need to be paid on a yearly basis. While it is true that companies do provide a reminder by mail, it is still best not to miss anything out just in case the mail comes in late – they always do in this side of the world. Usually these are the subscriptions to different important companies. You can also add in the list companies that you might want to get insurance quotes from if you happen to consider shifting subscriptions.

A Furniture Dilemma

Have you tried scouting, canvassing and going through every possible furniture shop and got convinced that manufacturers just don't make quality furniture like they used to. I long wanted to replace our couch and lazy boy but for this reason, I chose not to.

Come to think of it, I could very well just choose to resuscitate my couch by having it reupholstered. It is not just better for the environment but also easier on our family's budget.

Cisco Telepresence for OFW Families

Technology is the one thing that is probably never going to stop moving forward. Innovations come on a daily basis. People will hardly be surprised by anything anymore. But there is this one technology that has gotten me at the edge of my seat. It was one of the recent blog posts of my friend wherein the company she is working for used cisco telepresence to unite a mother in hongkong and her two kids here in Manila. It was just like one of those scenes in the Star Wars movie. It was hardly believable at all in the eighties, to say the least. But it is here now, whether we like it or not.
Grabbed photo from my friend, Beth's blog.

It is just the neatest to be able to bridge the distance, especially of this OFW family, with the use of technology. A handy tip for those who would like to be reunited with their loved ones, albeit virtually.

Audio Visual Gears

It is always nice to be able to find that album or movie without having to stoop. Storage for these collection ideally should be at eye level while players just above waist level.

One thing that you have to make sure in maintaining these equipment is an adequate ventilation. Two inches of space on all sides would be nice. Leave an inch space for wires at the back of shelves that will carry electronic gears. An extension strop should also be handy instead of running all the electric cords to a baseboard outlet.

Maximizing Home Space

When we chose to build a small home rather than continue renting a place than is bigger, we knew we were going to have "space" issues. A lot of our furnishings had to go, which made the house look bigger than 48sq.m. Aside from the fact that the hubby's layout was perfect - it maximized the four corners of the tiny space. One major thing to keep in mind when you have limited space is – no white elephants are allowed.

I’m sure that if we were not allotting a homeschool base space, we could even afford a home theatre seating space. But since we have practically embraced homeschooling, it is not an issue. The thing is in the two years since we have acquired our home, we have maximized it and made it as comfortable as possible.

How to Clean Floors and Ceilings

Have you ever wondered what is the best way to clean floors and ceilings? We do this regularly, so we figured, the regular way is just the way to do it. For painted surfaces, it is always best to dust the walls with a broom covered with a flannel cloth. Change cloths when it gets dirty. This will make cleaning easier. Rather than wipe the walls with a damp cloth right away. More often than not the dust makes ugly marks on the wall, when truth is this can be prevented by dusting first.

When you see cobwebs, keep yourself from pushing them into the surface as you would regularly clean ceilings and walls. Cobwebs tend to be stickier and can put a stain on your walls. Maintaining ceilings and floors can be fairly easy, you really just have to choose the more effective way to do it. It does not just lessen the cleaning time, it takes away the risk of staining.

Choosing a Webhost for Handy Tips and Hints

It has been months since this site’s own domain was claimed. With the purpose and vision to be able to share bits and pieces about household hints and valuable tips about random things, I knew there were a lot of things to talk about. Since then, I made, you, my readers, partners in my quest to doing things a little easier. I am continually searching for things that could help a regular homemaker to a busy bachelor or bachelorette who would love to maximize their time.

It has been a consideration for me to be get a webhosting for this domain. I am currently in the lookout for the best one and it is not easy. From the surveys that I have conducted in some social networking sites that I am a member of, there are so many webhosting facilities available online. It helps to go to the experts and read reviews for non-biased, actual testimonials from the clients themselves.

You might want to read this blog that talks about web hosting, for more detailed information. Read for yourselves what users say about some webhosting companies. This lowers the risk of making the wrong choice. This is what I have been into recently. I will get you updated what webhosting service I decide to choose.

Summer Colors for Your Homes

How would you love to go natural this summer? I am currently thinking of splashing shades of mother nature around the home to neutralize the nasty feeling of summer sweats. It's one thing to sweat when you want it and it's another to sweat all the day long.

Sometimes giving your home a new look makes things better even as just an eye candy. It's always nice to have something to celebrate about. Beautiful hues of green, orange, mustard and chocolate brown can be the most delightful for summer theme.

Advantage of Having Your Own Home

Maintaining a home of your own really be a handful. But most if not all homeowners would agree that it is way better than having to spend and maintain a place that you only rent for a time and you know will never be yours. This has been a thought for my husband and me during our first five years of marriage. We keep on getting some things repaired, do improvements inside the house and everything’s on us.

The usual dilemma of family is the cost of house construction can really be steep. But the truth is one can actually get their dream homes now without having to spend what one is usually shelled out. This is what I have been reading about the Schumacher Homes. I’m sure if you will read about it you will see how feasible house construction is against what people might have thought in the past.

Empty Tissue Box as Plastic Bag Dispenser

One of the nagging things that creates clutter around my kitchen sink are the plastic bags that come in with the weekly grocery shopping. If this happens to be one your household issues, you can actually make use of an empty tissue box so you can easily pull one out when you need it.

Maintain Computers Properly

When our computer workstations cease to function as it did when they were in mint condition, it is so easy to consider dropping them off and getting ourselves  brand new units. The truth is even if we had the means, we should give this more than just second thoughts.

First thing that we should do is properly maintain our personal computers. Defragmentation and files clean up should be done every so often. This is often overlooked. Sometimes an upgrade on the laptop memory will do the trick. We ought to be more conscious in replacing things around our home. Recycle when you can and maximize things before dumping them to get a replacement.

Worn Out Rubber Gloves in Lieu of Lint Rollers

Did you know that you can actually make use of worn out rubber gloves for those times that you cannot find your handy lint roller.  It is easy. You just slip on a glove and get the shirt and wip it with downward strokes as you would a lint roller.  No more stray fibers! :D

Jobs Wanted

As true as the global economic crisis is currently on, we still see a whole lots of job fairs everywhere. That is good, right? It means employers are still seeking employees, albeit new ones to fill in their requirements for lesser damage for their compensation. Wall St jobs have become scarce but still there.

The crisis might be here for a time, but life would still go on. Struggling to survive sounds sweeter than not struggling at all.

Quail Eggs Tray for Earrings Holder

Here another tip on old stuff coming alive by turning them into brand new usable items.   You can actually use a plastic quail egg tray to hold your little items like earings, pendants and other fancy stuff.  You can cut it out to fit your drawers and voila, your trusty holders for those cute items.

Convenience Shopping

One of the things that I really enjoy about the internet is the convenience of shopping without having to leave your home. Just like one of those YouTube videos that I recently watched by Buy.com. It really is something to be able to get what you need for your household. You do not just save gas but you also get the cheapest deals. I always make sure to check out the things on a Sale first, like the ones with discounts and then I move on towards the regular ones.

Have you tried shopping online? How was your experience so far? Mine is great. I think it helps that I buy from reputable online shops. You should also.

Use Old Clothes as Rags

Use old clothes as rags.  More often than not, shirts are the most fit for the job. They are the least likely to leave lints on screens and mirrors.  You might have some well worn shirts that are no longer decent to be given away, you can make use of those to help you with some household cleaning.

Have a Better Bathroom

It has always been said that to know a homeowner’s personality you have to go check the bathroom and see how they maintain it and how much they have put effort in it. This was not really my motivation when we decided to have the bathroom that we currently have. We just decided that even as we will have our very own home reconstructed, then we might as well maximize every inch of space and have the grandest one we can afford.

Suffice it to say, the most thought about part of the house was the bathroom. We went to a handful of exhibits that has to do with bathrooms and there were so many to choose from until we deliberated and agreed on a classic black and white contemporary theme. We love it. We knew maintaining the white to be immaculate can be something, especially if the tile is from floor to ceiling. We really do not have a problem with the wall tiles as much as we do on the white floor tiles.

For your bathroom issues, you ought to check out Better bathrooms for ideas and all those pretty things for your bathrooms. Now I see my bathroom and I know I don’t need to check in a fancy motel to enjoy a real comfort room.

A glimpse of our very own bathroom.

Tips for Properly Hydrated Kids this Summer

Make sure that they start and end the day by drinking water.  The 8 glass rule is a good standard.  Sometimes kids are all too busy playing during the day that they forget drinking water until they are dehydrated.  Encourage water breaks in between play times.

Always pack water in their lunch bags and whenever you go out.  Drink  every after snacks and meals.

Vacation Tip on North Coast Village Rentals

After having had rented and stayed in five different houses and apartments, we finally built our own home where we really would love to live for a very long time. I believe it is a prime consideration for anyone who want to buy a home. But if you happen to consider renting, it is always best that you consider comfort and convenience, while you are at it.

It is almost summer time, at least in this side of the world and if you are anywhere near into planning your next vacation spot, make sure to make reservations for your next memorable getaway. Consider the North Coast Village if you would love to visit Oceanside CA.

The ocean view and their excellent location is just perfect. They also have hi speed internet so you never have to worry not being in touch with your work that might require you to check every so often. It might interest you to know that the prices are at its bargain state right now. You sure have heard about this reputable condo rentals that North Coast Village has. With the breezy and pleasant atmosphere that they have, you really have got the best deal. To top it all off, the facilities that they have are complete for your comfort and memorable vacation.

Reuse those Old Socks

Have you ever wondered what else you could do with your old gym socks? Of course there is really no way you can bring it back to life and use them again.  But there is one definite thing they can prove handy.

Remember travelling and not having anything to put those nice heeled shoes but plastic bags?  You really can make use of old gym socks to put your shoes in.  One shoe per sock please.  This way you prevent those heels from knocking the other shoe and preserve their beauty.  Plus you can actually stack this together with the rest of your clothes in your luggage.  Neat eh?

Online Shopping Tips

Taking into consideration that majority of my readers are women, here is hoping to be able to share with you some online shopping tips. One thing that I have observed is that it has become cheaper to shop online in than it is to go to the department store yourself, besides the fact that it is way more convenient.

One of the more handy sites that I frequent is this clothing guide for women. Regardless of what fashion season it is you would like to look into, ShopWiki sure has them. I love the fact that I could get clothing guides and tips on what is right and not to wear for particular body types. So whether it is winter, fall, summer or spring fashion guide you are looking for, you have the best deals on various brands from this site. I just had them bookmarked!

The Wonders of Tea Tree Oil

If there something that I will vouch for that is a non-negotiable must have for the household. It can do wonders not just to zap zits, but also be your partner in cleaning your home.

The truth of the matter is, you can practically live on using just this as an overall cleaning agent -seriously. It is no less than the ever famous Tea Tree Oil. Try it for yourself, put a few drops in a spray bottle and mix it with water. Generously spray it on molds that could be inside your refrigerator or wherever, even the tough ones and you will see those molds streaming down in no time. It does not just guarantee easy cleaning, but it is friendly to the environment.

Think about your laundry. You can also use a few drops of this oil in lieu of the unnatural and non environment friendly commercial fabric conditioners. It does wonders and leaves fabrics clean and smell great especially during times when mr. sun won’t show up. I put a drop or two in my usual handsoap and liquid dish detergent. I also use it when I concoct my own liquid soap made from left-over soaps. Its uses is just limitless, to think that years back I just thought it was just good at drying pimples up.

Comforters in the Washer

One wise thing that you can do to prevent your precious comforters from clumping when you have them washed is place a couple of tennis balls into the washer with it.  This helps in evenly distributing the whole weight of the comforter inside your washer.

This tip can also be applied in fluffing up those flattened pillows. Try it! :D

Planning Vacations

It is summer in this side of the world and people from all over are now planning their summer getaway. We currently are cooking up our own summer vacation. It is always best to plan ahead.
Incidentally, if you happen to look into going to the Big Apple and have one of those grand New York Tours, make sure you check with citysightny.com. This company has a fleet of 60 brand new double decker buses and you are sure to get the nicest views because only the top deck is designed with seats. They have the best packages, which includes harbor cruises, museum visits, even tours via helicopters and shopping day trips.

Wherever it is you decide to go, there are a few things that you have to take note of. The earlier you prepare, the lower your chances that there will be boo-boos. Pack early as well, especially if you are tagging kids along. Packing as light as possible, but still consider saving on the penny that you might end up spending by not bring essentials that can be pricey when you go to your place of destination.

Having said all that, the most important of all is make sure you and your family have all the fun vacationing.

Retirement Tips

When do people actually start planning for retirement? Does it have to come a few years before you retire or one can actually work on it when he or she has just started with a career. The truth of the matter is, statistics have it that people actually are not very concerned with retirement until it is at ten years close.

When I first had my full time job after college, it is one of the things I made sure I take care of. It proved to be the most convenient and cheaper for me because I get to pay lesser amount of the premiums than if I availed of the plan later.

If you wonder what your options are, you might want to visit RetirementLivingNow.com and see all the things you might want to consider for your future plans. We are all expected to work and work and later be able to enjoy the fruits of our labor. It is just right to do it the right way. Weigh your options. This web page is such a one stop resource for those who want to come up with their retirement plans.

You get to choose from the kind of lifestyle you want, your ideal location and overall opportunity concerns. You also get the information on taxes, which would definitely be an issue. Even monthly reports on new communities for those who are on retirement.

We cannot take retirement for granted and it is always best to prepare ahead of time.

Tips on Removing Stains from Sneakers, Use Molasses

How do you get those stains off your sneakers, when after washing, they won't seem to come off? Here is another trick that you can try that you never have thought possible. Start with wetting the sponge and do sponge spotting on the portion where there are stains. Pour a little bit of molasses and let it alone overnight.

Sounds crazy? Here is the explanation. The sulfur in the molasses actally gently eats away the stain that is around the sneakers. The following morning you are ready to rinse the shoes in water to remove the syrup.

Spa Essentials

It is summer time in this side of the world and this early we all can feel the scorching heat the moment we step outside our homes. One of the many things that marks summer for me is that, whatever it is that I am doing inside the house, even as easy as making the bed, will get me to start sweating. It is good if you love to workout 24 hrs a day. But I so doubt that you will like the feeling of stepping out of the tub and you immediately start sweating. We average four baths a day during the summer season. The heat can really get you dehydrated if you are not careful.

One of the essentials that I keep during this season are those spa chemicals. They are like my buddies that keep me company during my me time in the comforts of my own bath. It is the ultimate stress reliever for me. Incidentally, you could check out Pool Geek for those spa chemicals that you might need. I believe their market does not just focus on spa owners but even individuals like me who would love to have that spa experience in the comforts of our own homes.

Aside from spa chemicals they also have steps, cover lifter, thermometers and my favorite, spa aromatherapy to just give you that ultimate soaking experience. It is just fun that I do not have to leave home to be able to enjoy all this. Relaxation is a must for me, it is my ultimate me time. It is just like I am getting myself recharged to be able to function properly. It is really neat that I get to really save when I do my spa time at home because I only invest one time on those spa thingies and they last.

How to Take Off Stubborn Price Tags

There are a number of ways we are told how to get rid of stubborn price tags. Some said you have to heat it up, others swear by nail polish remover, others with just soapy water.

Another way to neatly get rid of stubborn price tags is to apply vinegar through the tag and allow it to soak into the glued paper for a few minutes. The tag should come off in no time after that.

Creating Websites with BlueVoda

Building websites is probably one of the most challenging things that anyone who manages websites is going to learn. I have always wanted to learn to create website when I was new in the internet industry. But for some reason, I will always step back for fear of messing up the whole template. I remember the time when I first saw the html portion of a website and got all threatened. There is no way I was touching those codes!

If you want to create a website, you might want to check with BlueVoda. You can no nothing about web design and really have a blast learning with this team. It makes website creation as easy as 1-2-3. It’s just like you are having your own tutor beside and you and you work with him as you go through the process. Coffee Filters in Place of Paper Towels

Did you know that you can actually make use of coffee filter (the unused ones, of course) if ever you ran out of paper towels? It's neat how it works just fine and even better. Why? Because when you use coffee filter papers, you do not leave residues like what paper towels do sometimes.

Tips on Turning Energy into Income

Being raised in a home where we are made conscious of how we consume energy has its benefits. No lights need to be turned on when not in use. No water has to run from the faucet when it does not need to. I think this is precisely why it is not difficult for me to be aware of energy conservation even as I grew up.

If you have heard about the ignite opportunity, you will be encouraged how one can actually make money on the utility bill. Instead of being a burden, it can spark hope. This has come about from the energy deregulation that has given consumers greater options on their providers for energy source.

The ignite business has led the people to this innovation where consumers get their source of electricity and gas from Stream Energy. Consumers are charged with low rates and given the best customer service you will find in this industry.

And if you join ignite as an Independent Associate, whose job will be to help clients save on their bills, you will be compensated highly for every effort that you give. What could be more fulfilling than being in a career that help people and with a good pay?
