Tips on Setting Up a Home Office

The ideal if you are considering to have an office in your home is have a separate room specifically assigned for it.  But if there is no room available, like the very dilemma that we have, do assign a corner that will best fit its purpose.  You have to consider the space of the workstation, the office chairs and other equipment that would occupy that particular corner.  

If at all possible, do invest in partitions that will define that place as your office separate from the other rooms in the house.  Also check for a convenient electrical outlet and telephone jacks.  Get ready to have those installed, if there is no pre-installed ones yet.
