Jen, I have found another company in the US that provides excellent service and has much newer technology than Access USA. They are http://www.BongoUS.com
They have some of the best rates around and don't nickel and dime you for all the small things like Access does. They don't charge fees for consolidation or commercial invoices. They also charge a significant amount of money less for insurance which is very important to me because I have had to deal with poor carriers all my life. Things get broken in transit. It is nice to know that Bongo will take care of me no matter what happens.
