I have only tried one kind of diet in my entire life - The 3 Day Diet. I first read about it in one of the columns from a daily newspaper. I am sharing this with you basically because it did work for me. It was good that I did not have to take
alli diet pills, although I heard of it being effective.
I lost a total of seven pounds. A lot have attested to having lost as much as ten pounds in a short period of time and a handful of friends who I personally shared this with also vouched that it worked for them as well.
Apparently, the reason behind the diet being effective is the chemical break down of all the foods in each meal combined. If you are doing this diet, take care not to substitute more than three items from all the meals- on all three days. The only condiments allowed are: lemon (and lots of it, if you like) a dash of salt and/or pepper.
