Health Tip: Vitamin B12 to Prevent Hair Loss

All natural shampoos are not really good after all. This is my conclusion after having tried at least 4 all organic shampoos – each of which encouraged hair fall. If we come down to the bottom of it, hair loss is caused by Vitamin B12 deficiency. It is best to check with your dermatologist for the best care and vitamin for hair loss. Then up your diet on eggs, meat and poultry. The nutrition that we get from these food are what our hair needs.
