Quit staying up late. This is something that a person has to make sure of to take care of his skin. This is especially true if you are prone to acne, pimples and white heads. Staying up late will make things worse. The best acne treatments might not even work if this basic on the checklist is not done. Enough sleep is equal to good skin.
