Quitting a Bad Habit

The single most important thing to remember in quitting a bad habit is make sure that you have the positive support and influences around you. It may be an unproductive addiction on the internet, alcohol, even cigar. If you are to quit anything, you have to make sure you cut all ties that link you to the object of your bad habit. When you have positive reinforcement, make sure that you have a good habit to replace that bad habit.
