A Glass of Water Before Meals

If you are trying to lose weight and are having a hard time controlling your appetite, you can try this simple habit. Drink one glass of water before every meal. This will trick your tummy to feeling half filled, so you only eat a portion of what you used to eat previously.

Water is not just good for your body, it also helps your body get rid of retained water.  When you drink plenty of water, the water retained will be released.  Cut down on salt and sodium rich foods.  More salt in your body will cause water retention.
