Health Tip: Going back to the 4 minute workout

After gaining some pounds after a holiday, we all could make use of a tip or two that could help us get rid of those extra poundages that make us fail to fit in the clothes in our wardrobe. This exactly is my predicament. We at home are hoping to be able to discipline ourselves to do the four minute workout every single day from here on.
