Globe Sulitxt15 Relaunched

As a retailer of Autoloadmax, I was given a heads up via SMS that Globe has made it even easier for us to load up prepaid subscribers and that is via *100#. The first time I used it was last April 30, to load my own number via my load wallet. It was also the day when I was one of the bloggers that was invited over to attend a Globe event in Legend Villas in Mandaluyong.
It was a relaunch of their Sulitxt15 promotion. Sulitxt15 promo grants the prepaid subscriber 100 SMS to fellow Globe subscribers for only P15/day. A practical treat during these hard times. If you would like to register to Sulitxt15 the conventional way, here's another option:

To register for SuliTxT15 using your current load, just type SULITXT 15 to 8888.
And for EverybodyTxT20, still using existing load, just type ETXT 20 and send it to 8888.

Smart Flexi Rate Calls

After having asked a few Smart subscribers, I found none that can answer my question on the cheap rate calls that they currently offer.  Smart has the Flexirate promotion that enables callers to call for as low as a peso per minute.  I have been a subscriber for a long time, but I don't make calls so much that I am not familiar with their ongoing promos.

Apparently, there are even rates for shorter calls.  Which means you only get charged for the actual calls that you make.  I am a practical person and I don't like having to spend for something than I have to.  Like if there is this promo for instance, why would I call the usual way, right? And it's easier on the pocket especially if you expect the call to be a rather lengthy one.

I was inquiring on Boracay accommodations, the provider, I suppose is in Boracay so I knew the conversation must be lengthy.  To register, type FLEXI and send it to 880. To call the other Smart subscriber, just dial *88 + 11 digit mobile number.  Easy! :-)

Mobiles and GPS

What are the things you can't do without? Personally, I can only remember a time when people were loaded with pagers/beepers and only a few were with mobiles. Currently, just about everyone owns at least one mobile, some even a handy GPS. A Global Position Gadget replaces a traditional map and can prove to be a traveler's treasure.

The Ultimate Mobile Shop to Check Out

Thank you to the readers who responded to the post “What to Do When Mobile Accidentally Gets Wet.” This generation is totally a mobile generation. There seem to be not a single folk around the corner who does not carry a mobile with him. Even kids in the elementary are geared with mobiles.

For those mobile loving people like the several ones I know who change their mobiles more often than the season changes, a great site to look into is grakomindo.com. It is the best place to shop for cellular phones. All the guesswork is eliminated as this site answers all the questions you probably have on possibly every unit you would love to read about. Compare unit features, reviews, you even get to send information of mobile specifications to a friend, and so much more.

Hands down, a reputable company that allows for you to order with confidence. In fact you are allowed to cancel orders within 48 hours, that is without charge. Purchases are always backed with their 90 day return guarantee. I have been into sites that do not have such advantages and were the primary reasons why I never bought mobiles online to begin with. In fact, I just might purchase my next mobile phone from them.
