Diet Tip: Balance diet in the holidays

With the holidays not soon to be over just yet, with parties going on left and right, we can only hope we will be able to take the binging a notch lower if only for the sake of our health. The hardest time to be on a diet is during holidays. People love to eat and discipline is not really natural for us. Sometimes we do have to settle for hoodia or the like.

For the sake of our health, let us try to balance those protein intake with fruits, vegetables and natural food supplements.
