Appliance Repair Tips

Our family has learned a thing or two about appliances that submerged during the typhoon ondoy (Ketsana). We first thought our washer was off to its wake when the buttons went blinking the first time we plugged it to the outlet. The fridge did great. Not even a hint of being submerged in flood waters.

After being struck by typhoon ondoy (Ketsana), one of the many things we had to take care of is appliance repair. This is why it is of extreme importance to be able to keep the manuals of your appliances. Although most of the appliances that submerged underwater did get back to working all right after a couple of weeks, machines should still be checked to make sure no corrosion has taken place. This will ensure you more good years with your appliances.

For GE parts, check out Appliance Parts Pro for quality and original pieces. Washer and dryer parts were two of our major concerns. We all know how washers have become essential to our homes. Getting clothes serviced by a laundry shop will take a lot from the family budget. This is why having your very own reliable appliance still weighs more than an outside service.

Yeah. It is very important to keep appliance manuals. Some people take it for granted and then will have the appliance fixed just to realize they didn't follow the manual.
