The Family Message Center
A family message center can prove to be invaluable. This need not be grand and elaborate. It could even be on the fridge or a bulletin board. Encourage everyone in your household to use the message center to list plans, needs for the next trip to the store (this will save a lot of store travels) and all the telephone messages.
It is important to keep the message center up to date. Always make sure to throw away outdated and done notes. Take care of most of the items on the list as much as possible and enter in a notebook the things that needs to be done at a later time.

Minimizing Housework
If you and the members of your household do this on a daily basis, housework will be a tad easier for all of you, especially for the one who does the majority of work inside the house. It will be nice to know where exactly things are inside the house.
Do chores as the need arise. You do not need to wait until everything piles up. If you do the laundry in the weekend, you can load the washer before breakfast and after the meal you and the laundry is done, you would not even notice that you did the laundry at all. These eases things up as you get better at multi-tasking.
Always use labor saving gadgets whenever you can. They will really allow for you to save time. But you have to note not to overdo it. Like for instance, it would be a lot easier to chop an onion manually than using a processor that you would have to take apart and wash.
Big tasks should be done one at a time. You don't attempt to fix all the closets in your house in one day. One at a time, you do not need to frazzle yourself. Even as you would want to finish all the housework, you want it done in a less stressful manner as possible.
In planning chores throughout the week, always make sure to take time out for yourself, even a few hours. A day, if at all possible. Doing this allows you to recharge and get back the energy to a more efficient you.

Errands
Always keep a running list of groceries and household items that you need replenished. One very handy software that has this function is my grocery application that I have got installed in my mobile. Everyone has a mobile nowadays and as functional as a hard copy list that you can take along, nowadays a mobile software application is just the perfect piece to serve this purpose. Adding up to your outstanding list takes off the burden of cramming when it is time to go shopping. If there will be any additions, there will only but little to add therein.
In doing errands, always make sure to patronize stores around the vicinity of your work place or home so that you will not need to travel very far. Always make it a habit to do errands when you are on your way to do somethings else. This is hitting two birds with one stone. This will serve you better than make special trips for errands.
If there are just errands that are just to a far off and several locations, always make sure to schedule the trips to minimize wasted travel time. Always make it a point to have back to back trips to the doctors or dentist for the whole family.
Always get members of your family to participate and help out with errands. And always attach a note with instructions. This is simple delegation and will eventually help your kids even as they are expected to share responsibilities around the house.

Improve Your Vision with Pinhole Eyeglasses
Back when I was in grade school I was forced to wear thick glasses. I only wore it a year or two and I was back to sporting my 20/20 vision. I am not sure what I did right, because I was doing more than seven hundred (left eye) and a hundred plus (right). It was no fun wearing spectacles, aside from the fact that I live in a tropical country, I am one of those who would have beads of sweaty nose hot or not. It was especially true during my puberty to my teenage years. One could just imagine how I had to periodically wipe my nose until it got red. It was embarrassing.
The thought of going back to wearing spectacles almost became a possibility in the last couple of months. The culprit is definite - the prolonged hours I spent in front of my laptop. It was just timely that the chance to try out pinhole eyeglasses came, because I am just so hesitant to ever be bespectacled again. I chanced upon this technology when I was doing my regular browsing through sites. Apparently the principle behind pinhole glasses dates back to the fifth century BC. By blocking the indirect rays from getting into our eyes, it allows clearer vision.
As I went about getting the hang of using it, it occurred to me that it does its job because the pinholes allow the pupils to be fed with direct rays which logically make the image I see better defined. I would have to admit that at first it felt strange wearing these pinhole eyeglasses but because I was willing to consider anything that would have me do away with wearing glasses on a regular basis. As I allowed my eyes to get the hang of using them, the pinholes became bigger and it did not feel as weird. It actually relaxed my eyes as I went along doing my online tasks. It practically felt these babies are giving my eye muscles the work out it needs. Even without reading all the literatures about pinholes, this alone explains why it could get you back perfect vision.
