Webhosting Tip: Get a reliable web host

After having sites that were burned by eznet-hosting.com last year and a local web host reseller just recently, we have learned that it is always best to stick to a managed hosting service that is reliable. The usual “cheap” come ons of web hosting sites can be very tempting. But knowing now how hard it is to revive scammed sites, we know better. It is better to shell out a few more dollars than to save on a hosting facility that is unreliable.

My Homeschool Blog is now self hosted!

My Homeschool Blog is finally live! It took a while for me to be able to launch it because I was not sure if I would have it free hosted or subscribe to a webhosting service apart from my other blogs. It also did not help that a lot of good domains under the same niche are already taken. That are two crucial things to consider when launching a blog. My domain will be a permanent residence of your blog posts and it will be tagged to my niched blog for as long as I have have it maintained.

I later got convinced that a self hosted blog is always the best. As usual, I had to check with webhostingchoice.com to make sure I do not get scammed again. There are reviews that they provide as well which makes choosing the kind of webhost that will fit your need, wether it be linux web hosting or for multiple domain ones, you will get to choose for yourself according to your priority. The best part about it is that I read actual reviews of real people who availed of the services. This really is something that I learned the hard way. But at least I did learn. Never will I avail of cheap webhosting services ever again.

Web Hosting Choice

Speaking of web hosting, there are possible over a hundred we see available online. This is the very same reason why we have to carefully look into before subscribing. Losing database and articles that you have worked on for so many years is devastating. This is exactly what has happened to us, five months afte we have subscribed to this cheap web hosting service early this year.

After having learned our lesson the hard way, we have come to rely on Web Hosting Choice and one of the Top 10 webhosting sites they have is Host Gator. The subscription that we got features unlimited domains. This came in very handy, because we do have a lot of sites that we maintain. One subscription fee for one web hosting is a neat way to a low maintenance web administration.

Now that I hope to transfer the webhosting of this site from Blogger, I am looking at the Top 1 in their list – justhost.com At $3.95, with a score of 98% and voted best host, this is just something to seriously look into. I know I could always add this up with our current subscription with Host Gator. But I want this site to be of a different IP address, so this is something to consider.

Web Hosting Review

We have been going over web hosting facilities again these past days. One important thing to understand when you manage several websites that even though it is a good thing to have an unlimited web hosting subscription with one company, it is also an option to get another subscription from another company.

Aside from giving importance to the old adage of not putting all your eggs in one basket, there is actually more to it than just that. If you are looking into earning online, having all your websites in one hosting will give you a single IP address and even though it is not altogether bad, it can work against you. So another web hosting I am looking into is 1and1. Aside from great reviews that I have read from their clients themselves. You have to see for youself the ratings they have to boot:

1&1 Ratings
Cost – 5/5
Reliability – 5/5
Customer Service – 5/5
Technical Support – 5/5
Features – 4/5
Storage Allowance – 4/5
Bandwidth – 5/5
Response Times – 5/5
Overall Usability – 5/5

All of these have become really important, especially after three of our sites have been scammed by a certain cheap web hosting company a couple of months back. It was a nightmare for any webmaster. This is why it is imperative that we get hold of a reliable and reputable web host.

What to Look for in a Web Host

After having suffered from a very unfortunate scam from the company that hosted our primary blog from January to June this year, we know better than to just believing what companies claim to be. We were too naïve and ignorance is not an excuse and obviously spared us nothing.

If you are looking into a hosting site, make sure to head over www.wpdesigner.com. They have a list of best 10 web hosting sites and you get to read reviews from the clients themselves. This way, you do not just get a hold of a company that will provide your hosting needs but will also assure you that claims are realistic from the very people who are paying for their services.

I can only wish that I knew about this before I availed of that scammer’s site. Although I was able to get the cached copies of my articles, I still have a handful I was not able retrieve anymore. The scammer could have left us with the advanced payment his clients gave them for a year, but at least he could have given us access to our databases. What happened is a blogger’s nightmare, to say the least and something that no one should ever have to experience.

Review Webhosting Services

If there is anything true about the domain disaster my primary blog, MarriageandBeyond.com has experienced, it is the truth that I have learned the hard way. I chose a web hosting service that was not branded and has not been around for long. I got hooked with the offer that I have unlimited bandwidth and they guarantee that I pay only the same fee of around $16/year for as long as I am with them. Less than a year and I got what I asked for. The hosting company was given away its scammer owner. I was still new in internet marketing and I did not know any better.

Now, there is this webhosting place you can check out and get real reliable reviews from webmaster themselves. This is the best way to go if you would like to have the nightmare I had at bay. I lost several files and practically all images that I have in my January to July 2009 archive. It was truly devastating to say the least. So please check out this web review site place first before availing of any web hosting services. This is the very thing that I will surely look into every time and will not just take the web hosting services’ claim on anything. It is better be safe than sorry.

Choosing a Webhost for Handy Tips and Hints

It has been months since this site’s own domain was claimed. With the purpose and vision to be able to share bits and pieces about household hints and valuable tips about random things, I knew there were a lot of things to talk about. Since then, I made, you, my readers, partners in my quest to doing things a little easier. I am continually searching for things that could help a regular homemaker to a busy bachelor or bachelorette who would love to maximize their time.

It has been a consideration for me to be get a webhosting for this domain. I am currently in the lookout for the best one and it is not easy. From the surveys that I have conducted in some social networking sites that I am a member of, there are so many webhosting facilities available online. It helps to go to the experts and read reviews for non-biased, actual testimonials from the clients themselves.

You might want to read this blog that talks about web hosting, for more detailed information. Read for yourselves what users say about some webhosting companies. This lowers the risk of making the wrong choice. This is what I have been into recently. I will get you updated what webhosting service I decide to choose.

Tips on Choosing the Best Web Host

I recently have claimed a new domain, KikayCorner.net. I used to have that same site free hosted by Blogger, but got inspired to make that claim and am now seriously considering to transfer it to wordpress and avail of a good webhosting service.

Since it is the hubby who is more versed when it comes to web hosting, I asked him about its logistics. We later found out about this site WebHostingChoice.com that will give us all we need to know about web hosting.

This is one great tip all webmasters can make use of. I cannot emphasize enough the importance of getting a good web host. It is like a make or break decision that one has to do from the beginning. A 24/7 technical support is one of my primary concerns. The hubby has raved about one company who emails back in no time whatever his concern was. Can I blame him if he is all praises for that company? But he later experienced some delay and figured out, they were not as consistent. It is really wise to look into web hosting free research guide and this is where WebHostingChoice.com comes in handy.
