Pros and Cons of Split Type Airconditioners

When we decided to buy our split type airconditioner, we were thinking of two things and two things only - the convenience of the free installation and the smaller inconvenience the drilling of that small hole where its tube will be placed. We found out too late that its maintenance was overboard pricier than that of a regular window type airconditioner's. If we knew beforehand, we would have chosen to be inconvenienced by the grinding dust particles all over the place. We consumers can only wish for airconditioner sales people to be honest about things like that.
