If you happen to prefer real food over food supplements and vitamins, it is best to get your dose of Omega 3 from good kind of fish.
That said, there are still a handful of omega 3 fatty acid supplements that are reliable and are not filled with unnatural stuff in them. A good rule of the thumb to take note of is to make sure to read reviews of those who are using the supplement and ask around for opinions. While it is best to get the minerals and vitamins in food, we are not really assured of our food even nowadays. Supplements may not be a bad idea after all.
