A good diet should always go hand in hand with a good exercise routine. If you have a good diet but are sedentary for most of your life, then do not expect to have a great physique.
You do not need to join a marathon and receive
sports trophies here and there. A good routine will always be beneficial for one's overall health. When your body is used to exercising and good diet, you actually decrease your risk to different kinds of illnesses and will inevitably give you better quality of life.
