The holidays season is always coupled with parties left and right. As much as we love to feast and spend time with people we love, we should also try as best as we can to think of all the calories we are adding up to our bodies to work on double time. Prudent ones will care to snack on bits and pieces of the feast. But most will indulge till they drop and hang on to diet pills later. Whichever part of the statistics you belong, just try to be on the safe side and stay healthy this season.
