If you are looking into losing weight, make sure you don't take ab workouts for granted. You don't wanna look like a slim bowling pin, would you? Working out the abs is usually what dieters forget to work on and they fail to make the most out of the weight loss. Sure you go sizes smaller, but you don't want to have to sport flabby tummies.
