A Safety Deposit Box or SDB from a bank is where many people keep their valuables and hard to replace items in one. Always remember to keep a list of what is inside your SDB unit in a safe place at home.
Suggestion on things to store in you safety deposit box:

- stocks, bond, futures, bank certificate
- insurance policies (fire, home, et.al)
- records of properties (mortgages, deeds, titles)
- documents (birth, marriage certificates, passports)
- an inventory of valuable items with cost and purchase of each(jewelry, equipment, collectibles)
